We only process personal data that you voluntarily provide through the contact form on our website:

  • Phone number (optional)
  • Company name (optional)
  • Inquiry type (looking for staff / looking for work / other)
  • Message text

When the form is submitted, your IP address is temporarily processed for abuse prevention purposes.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your inquiry — so we can contact you and respond to your request. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — responding to your initiated request.
  • Abuse prevention — rate limiting form submissions using IP addresses. Legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting our services.

4. Data Recipients

Your data is processed as follows:

  • Resend, Inc. — email delivery service. Contact form data is sent as an email to our address through this service. Resend acts as a data processor.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain contact form data for the period necessary to handle your inquiry, but no longer than 12 months from the last contact. IP addresses used for rate limiting are held in server memory for 15 minutes only.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access — you may request information about what data we process about you.
  • Right to rectification — you may request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your data.
  • Right to restriction — you may request restriction of processing.
  • Right to data portability — you may request your data in a structured format.
  • Right to object — you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.

If you believe we are processing your data in violation of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (ÚOOÚ) at www.uoou.cz.
